Can I modify an order? How many times?

Yes. You can change the price, quantity, trigger price and validity of an order while it's open. There's no cap on how many times you can modify an order, but every modification counts toward the same limits as placing one (10 per second, 250 per minute, 10,000 per day), and it has to come from your registered static IP.

Once an order is complete, cancelled or rejected it can't be modified, and you'll get INVALID_ORDER_STATE. After-market orders can be modified while they wait for the market to open.
