Why was my 1-Tap order rejected?

The rejection reason shows in Orders. Tap the order to see it. Common reasons and fixes:

  • Insufficient margin: add funds or reduce quantity.

  • Stock not allowed for MIS: use Delivery (CNC) in the expanded order form.

  • Price outside circuit band: set your limit price within the band.

  • Market closed: trade between 9:15 AM and 3:30 PM IST on trading days.

  • Quantity above freeze or limit: reduce quantity or split the order.

  • Selling holdings without authorisation: enable DDPI or complete e-DIS (TPIN).
