Why haven't I received my UPI mandate?

If you don't receive a mandate within an hour:

  1. Verify your UPI ID is correct

  2. Ensure your UPI app is updated

  3. Confirm your bank supports IPO applications

  4. Consider deleting and resubmitting your application

Mandates may sometimes take a day to arrive. 

If the funds are blocked, your application remains valid for allotment consideration.
