Happiest Minds Q4 Results 2026: Happiest Minds Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹604.08 crore in Q4 FY26, up 11% YoY. Net profit rose 80% YoY to ₹61.17 crore, supported by lower exceptional charges and steady growth in digital engineering services.
Happiest Minds Q4 Results 2026: On 28 May, Happiest Minds Technologies announced its Q4 FY26 results for March quarter. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 10.92% year-on-year and 2.81% compared to Q3 FY26. The company also announced a final dividend for FY26.
Happiest Minds Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹604.08 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, compared with ₹544.57 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased 10.92% on a year-on-year basis and rose 2.81% from Q3 FY26.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹621.69 crore against ₹570.52 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹603.28 crore in the previous quarter. This reflected a YoY rise of 8.97% and a QoQ increase of 3.05%. Other income during the quarter came in at ₹17.61 crore.
EBITDA stood at ₹121.20 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with ₹109.84 crore in Q4 FY25.
EBITDA margin improved to 19.5% from 19.3% a year ago, though it softened from previous quarter.
Consolidated profit after tax came in at ₹61.17 crore for March quarter, compared with ₹34 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹40.30 crore in Q3 FY26. PAT rose 79.91% YoY and 51.79% QoQ.
Diluted earnings per share stood at ₹4.06 against ₹2.26 in the year-ago period.

Happiest Minds continued to see strong traction in its Product and Digital Engineering Services business. PDES segment contributed ₹476.22 crore in revenue during Q4 FY26, while Infrastructure Management & Security Services contributed ₹102.56 crore. Generative AI Business Services segment contributed ₹25.30 crore during the quarter.

Happiest Minds Technologies announced a final dividend of ₹3.65 per share for FY26 on shares with a face value of ₹2 each. Shareholders will need to approve the dividend at the company’s 15th AGM, which is scheduled for 28 July 2026.
The company has fixed 17 July 2026 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after 4 August 2026.
