Ashok Leyland Q4 Results 2026: Ashok Leyland reported a 17% YoY rise in Q4 FY26 revenue to ₹17,246.44 crore, while net profit increased 10%. The company announced a ₹2.50 interim dividend and recorded its highest-ever annual CV, export and EV volumes, supported by strong growth in commercial vehicle and financial services businesses.
Ashok Leyland Q4 Results 2026: On 28 May 2026, Ashok Leyland reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹17,246.44 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a 17% year-on-year growth, while consolidated net profit increased to ₹1,381.32 crore. The company also announced a second interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share for FY26.
Ashok Leyland reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹17,246.44 crore for Q4 FY26, compared with ₹14,695.55 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of 17.36% year-on-year. Revenue increased 16.29% from ₹14,830.24 crore reported in Q3 FY26. The rise was driven by higher commercial vehicle sales and growth in the financial services business.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹17,417.30 crore, up 17.55% from ₹14,817.18 crore in the year-ago period. Compared with December quarter, total income rose 16.03%.
EBITDA for Q4 FY26 came in at ₹3,308.23 crore, compared with ₹2,990.92 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹2,822.43 crore in Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin stood at 19.18% during the quarter against 20.35% in Q4 FY25 and 19.03% in Q3 FY26.
Consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹1,381.32 crore, compared with ₹1,245.92 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit rose 10.87% YoY and 60.20% from Q3 FY26.

The commercial vehicle segment remained the largest contributor to Ashok Leyland’s consolidated revenue during the March quarter. Financial services business also reported strong growth on the back of higher financing income and improved business activity.

Ashok Leyland’s commercial vehicle business touched a record high in FY26, with total CV volumes rising 13% year-on-year to 220,437 units, surpassing the earlier peak of 197,366 units recorded in FY19.
The company’s light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment also achieved its highest-ever sales at 74,322 units, compared with the previous high of 66,633 units seen in FY24.
Export volumes climbed 18.5% to a record 18,082 units from 15,255 units a year ago. The company said its Power Solutions and Aftermarket businesses also delivered strong growth during the year.
Switch Mobility reported sharp growth in its electric vehicle business during FY26. E-bus volumes surged 238% year-on-year to 1,530 units, while e-LCV volumes increased 56% to 1,606 units.
Ashok Leyland reported double-digit growth in revenue and profit during FY26. Revenue growth was supported by higher vehicle sales and strong contributions from financial services operations. Net profit growth remained healthy.

Ashok Leyland declared a second interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share for FY26. Along with the first interim dividend of ₹1 per share announced earlier, the total dividend for FY26 stands at ₹3.50 per share.
