Wipro’s American Depository Receipt (ADR) rose nearly 5% in pre-market trading in New York on Thursday after the IT services company announced an expanded partnership with Google Cloud focused on accelerating enterprise-wide AI adoption.
At around 4:45 PM IST, Wipro ADR was trading 4.61% higher in pre-market deals.

Wipro said the expanded partnership with Google Cloud will focus on accelerating the enterprise-wide adoption of Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI.

Wipro has also launched the LIFT (Launch-Ignite-Flywheel-Transform) framework to help enterprises accelerate AI transformation and operationalise agentic AI at scale.
The framework is designed to help organisations move beyond basic task automation and embed secure, autonomous AI agents into core, multi-step business workflows.
Wipro said its approach is based on its AI transformation experience through its “Operate Better with AI” strategy and “Client Zero” approach.
