UPL Q1 Results FY2027: On 3 August 2026, UPL announced its financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026. Revenue from Operations increased 10.47% YoY to ₹10,181 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at a loss of ₹73 crore compared with a loss of ₹176 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA Margin stood at 14.24% during the quarter.

UPL Q1 FY27 Results Highlights

  • Revenue from Operations stood at ₹10,181 crore, registering a 10.47% YoY increase from ₹9,216 crore. Compared with ₹18,335 crore in Q4 FY26, revenue declined 44.47% QoQ. 

  • Total Revenue stood at ₹10,398 crore, registering an 11.10% YoY increase from ₹9,359 crore. Compared with ₹18,513 crore in Q4 FY26, total revenue declined 43.83% QoQ. 

  • EBITDA (Excluding Other Income) stood at ₹1,450 crore, compared with ₹1,396 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 3.87% YoY increase. Compared with ₹3,558 crore in Q4 FY26, EBITDA declined 59.25% QoQ. 

  • EBITDA Margin stood at 14.24%, compared with 15.15% in Q1 FY26 and 19.41% in Q4 FY26, contracting by 0.91 percentage points YoY and 5.16 percentage points QoQ. 

  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at a loss of ₹73 crore, compared with a loss of ₹176 crore in Q1 FY26. Compared with a profit of ₹1,294 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT declined 105.64% QoQ. 

  • PAT Margin stood at -0.72%, compared with -1.91% in Q1 FY26 and 7.06% in Q4 FY26, improving by 1.19 percentage points YoY but declining by 7.77 percentage points QoQ. 

  • PAT (Owners) stood at ₹10 crore, compared with a loss of ₹88 crore in Q1 FY26 and profit of ₹1,061 crore in Q4 FY26. 

  • EPS stood at ₹0.12, compared with ₹1.94 in Q1 FY26 and ₹12.57 in Q4 FY26, declining 93.81% YoY and 99.05% QoQ.
