Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,05,447 crore, compared to ₹98,365 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 7.20%., Revenue improved sharply from ₹70,108 crore reported in Q3 FY26,
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹1,07,080 crore, up 7.33% from ₹98,768 crore in Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income rose 36.53% from ₹77,639 crore reported in Q3 FY26.
Consolidated PAT stood at ₹5,878 crore during the quarter, recovering from a loss in the previous quarter, while net profit declined 31% on a YoY basis.
The company stated that consolidated net debt stood at ₹30,700 crore at the end of FY26 due to adverse free cash flows caused by production stoppages at Jaguar Land Rover.
Tata Passenger Vehicles revenue rose 49.36% YoY to ₹18,742 crore in Q4 FY26, while Jaguar Land Rover revenue increased 0.79% to ₹85,625 crore.
The Others (IT Services) segment reported revenue of ₹1,572 crore, up 21.86% compared to the year-ago quarter.

The Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 for FY26. Dividend will be paid after shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM and is expected to be credited on or before 14 July 2026. The company had declared the same ₹3 per share dividend in the previous year as well.
