JK Tyre Q4 Results 2026: On 26 May, JK Tyre & Industries reported strong March quarter earnings, driven by better operating performance and margin expansion. Consolidated revenue and profit rose year-on-year, while EBITDA margin improved. The board also recommended a dividend of ₹4 per share for FY26.
JK Tyre & Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,223.44 crore for Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 12.37% compared to ₹3,758.60 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue remained largely flat on a quarterly basis against ₹4,222.96 crore reported in Q3 FY26.
The company posted total income of ₹4,232.83 crore during the quarter, up 11.98% year-on-year from ₹3,779.89 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income slipped marginally by 0.06% from ₹4,235.27 crore.
EBITDA margin improved to 12.40% in Q4 FY26 from 7.12% in Q4 FY25
Consolidated profit after tax came in at ₹177.96 crore for the quarter, rising 80.39% from ₹98.66 crore reported in Q4 FY25. However, PAT declined 14.33% compared to ₹207.73 crore in Q3 FY26.
