RVNL Q4 Results 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL), one of the major railway infrastructure companies in India, reported its Q4 FY26 earnings on 25 May. While revenue remained higher due to ongoing project execution, profit came under pressure because of rising costs and lower margins.
Rail Vikas Nigam reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹6,695.91 crore for Q4 FY26, up 4.18% from ₹6,427.11 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also increased 42.94% fromQ3 FY26.
Revenue growth during the quarter was supported by faster execution of railway infrastructure projects and higher billing activity. The company continued to receive orders across railway and transport-related projects, helping quarterly revenue improve compared to the December quarter.
Consolidated total income stood at ₹6,780.89 crore during March quarter, up 2.52% from ₹6,614.49 crore in Q4 FY25. On a quarterly basis, total income rose 37.38% from December quarter.
Despite higher revenue, profitability remained under pressure during the quarter. Rising operational expenses and lower margins affected the company’s bottom line, leading to a sharp decline in net profit compared to last year.
Consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹181.66 crore compared to ₹455.39 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a decline of 60.11% YoY. Profit also fell 43.95% from Q3 FY26.

For the full financial year FY26, RVNL crossed ₹20,000 crore in revenue from operations. However, profit growth remained weak as operating cash flow turned negative during the year.

RVNL announced a final dividend of ₹0.71 per share for FY26 on equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Earlier during the financial year, the company had already paid an interim dividend of ₹1 per share. The final dividend will be paid after shareholders approve it at the Annual General Meeting.
