IRCTC Q4 2026 Results: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,459.72 crore in Q4 FY26, up 15.86% YoY. Net profit came at ₹326 crore, while the board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share.
IRCTC Q4 2026 Results: On 26 May, IRCTC reported steady growth in revenue during March 2026 quarter, supported by catering, tourism and internet ticketing businesses. While profit declined on a QoQ basis.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,459.72 crore for Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 15.12% year-on-year compared to ₹1,268.53 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue increased marginally by 0.71% from Q3 FY26.
Total income during the quarter stood at ₹1,526.24 crore against ₹1,329.69 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting a rise of 14.78% YoY. Compared to ₹1,519.23 crore reported in Q3 FY26, total income increased 0.46%.
EBITDA margin stood at 27.33% in Q4 FY26 compared to 30.39% in Q4 FY25 and 32.11% in Q3 FY26. Higher operating and other expenses affected margins during the quarter.
Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹326 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹358 crore in Q4 FY25, a decline of 8.88% YoY. PAT fell 17% from ₹394.33 crore reported in December quarter.
Diluted EPS for the quarter came at ₹4.08 against ₹4.48 in the same quarter last year.

IRCTC’s catering business remained the largest contributor to overall revenue in Q4 FY26, followed by internet ticketing and tourism. Catering contributed nearly 46% to total quarterly revenue, while internet ticketing accounted for over 26%.

IRCTC announced a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share for FY26. Along with the two interim dividends of ₹5 and ₹3.50 per share already paid earlier this year, the company’s total dividend payout for FY26 stands at ₹9 per share on a face value of ₹2 each.
