Bharat Dynamics Q1 Results 2027: Revenue from operations rose to ₹572.24 crore, up over 130% year-on-year and 19% sequentially. Net profit came in at ₹118.79 crore against ₹18.35 crore a year ago. EPS stood at ₹3.24.
Bharat Dynamics Q1 Results 2027: On 14 Aug, Bharat Dynamics reported strong growth in both revenue and profitability in the June 2026 quarter. Revenue from operations rose 130.82% YoY to ₹572.24 crore, while net profit jumped 547.53% to ₹118.79 crore. EBITDA also improved sharply, with the margin rising to 14.52%.
Just after the results, BDL shares were trading 1% higher at 2:32 PM. On a YTD basis, the stock is down 6%, while it has declined 12% over the past year, from August 14, 2025, to August 14, 2026.

Revenue from operations came in at ₹572.24 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, up 130.82% from ₹247.93 crore in the same quarter last year. On a QoQ basis, revenue rose 19.17% from ₹480.20 crore in the March quarter.

Total income, which includes other income of ₹103.44 crore, stood at ₹675.68 crore. A rise of 101.82% over the ₹334.79 crore reported in the year-ago quarter, and 12.73% higher than the ₹599.37 crore posted in the previous quarter.

EBITDA came in at ₹83.08 crore, translating into a margin of 14.52%. This marks an improvement of over 300 basis points from the 11.50% margin in the March quarter.

Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹118.79 crore, up 547.53% from ₹18.35 crore in Q1 FY26 and 4.96% higher than ₹113.18 crore in Q4 FY26.
