  • EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹4,408 crore, increased 26% year-on-year from ₹3,483 crore reported in Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, EBITDA rose 92% from Q3 FY26.

  • EBITDA margin improved to 14.31% in Q4 FY26 compared with 11.88% in Q4 FY25 and 8.38% in Q3 FY26.

  • Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹1,835.47 crore in Q4 FY26, recording a rise of 46.72% from ₹1,250.98 crore in Q4 FY25, PAT surged 390.73% from Q3 FY26.

SAIL Dividend 2026 and Stock Price Today 

Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.35 per share for FY26 on equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Sail dividend will be paid after shareholders approve it at the company’s upcoming AGM.
