Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹30,813.49 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹29,371.42 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a growth of 5.11% year-on-year. Revenue increased 12.58% from Q3 FY26.
Total income came in at ₹31,165.15 crore during the quarter, up 5.24% from ₹29,613.68 crore in the same quarter last year. Compared with Q3 FY26, total income rose 13.14%.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹4,408 crore, increased 26% year-on-year from ₹3,483 crore reported in Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, EBITDA rose 92% from Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin improved to 14.31% in Q4 FY26 compared with 11.88% in Q4 FY25 and 8.38% in Q3 FY26.
Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹1,835.47 crore in Q4 FY26, recording a rise of 46.72% from ₹1,250.98 crore in Q4 FY25, PAT surged 390.73% from Q3 FY26.
Bhilai Steel Plant and Bokaro Steel Plant remained the largest contributors to SAIL’s consolidated revenue during the quarter.

Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.35 per share for FY26 on equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Sail dividend will be paid after shareholders approve it at the company’s upcoming AGM.
