Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,565.20 crore, compared to ₹1,787.10 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹1,375.70 crore in Q3 FY26. Revenue rose 13.77% quarter-on-quarter, while on a year-on-year basis the company reported a decline of 12.42%.
Total income came in at ₹1,640.80 crore during the quarter against ₹1,860.50 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹1,442.40 crore in Q3 FY26. Total income increased 13.76% from last quarter but declined 11.81% YoY.
Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹200.20 crore against ₹311.30 crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹330 crore in Q4 FY25. Profit declined 31.32% YoY and 35.69% QoQ.
Agro Chemicals segment remained the largest contributor to PI Industries’ revenue during Q4 FY26. Pharma segment reported healthy growth during the quarter, partially offsetting weakness in the agrochemicals business.
