The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹265 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹611 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹470 crore in Q3 FY26. Revenue declined 56.63% year-on-year and 43.62% from last quarter.
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹304 crore, down 58.24% from ₹728 crore in the year-ago quarter and lower by 39.68% from Q3 FY26. Other income stood at ₹39 crore during the quarter.
The company’s EBITDA loss stood at ₹281 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to an EBITDA loss of ₹695 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA loss widened slightly from ₹271 crore in Q3 FY26.
Ola Electric reported a consolidated net loss of ₹500 crore for the quarter, compared to a loss of ₹870 crore in Q4 FY25, losses widened marginally from ₹487 crore in Q3 FY26.
The company said it is evaluating additional fundraising through a proposed Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to strengthen liquidity and support capital expenditure and working capital requirements.
The March quarter remained weak for Ola Electric as vehicle sales slowed sharply. The automotive segment remained the largest contributor to revenue, while the cell business continued to remain small in scale.
