Mahindra & Mahindra Q1 Results 2027: Mahindra & Mahindra reported a strong performance for Q1 FY27, with Profit After Tax (PAT) rising to ₹5,454.54 crore and Revenue from Operations increasing to ₹58,187.57 crore. The company delivered broad-based growth across its Automotive, Farm Equipment, Financial Services, and Industrial Businesses, while maintaining stable operating margins.
Mahindra & Mahindra Q1 Results FY2027: On 30 July 2026, Mahindra & Mahindra announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from Operations increased 27.80% YoY to ₹58,187.57 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 33.58% YoY to ₹5,454.54 crore.

Revenue from Operations stood at ₹58,187.57 crore, up 27.80% YoY from ₹45,529.19 crore. Compared with ₹54,981.91 crore in Q4 FY26, revenue increased 5.83% QoQ.

Total Revenue stood at ₹59,203.60 crore, registering a 27.47% YoY increase from ₹46,446.11 crore in Q1 FY26. Compared with ₹55,976.75 crore in Q4 FY26, total revenue increased 5.76% QoQ.

EBITDA stood at ₹10,564.95 crore, registering a 28.41% YoY increase from ₹8,227.80 crore. Compared with ₹9,716.44 crore in Q4 FY26, EBITDA increased 8.73% QoQ.

EBITDA Margin stood at 18.16%, compared with 18.07% in Q1 FY26 and 17.67% in Q4 FY26, improving by 0.09 percentage points YoY and 0.48 percentage points QoQ.

PAT attributable to owners of the company stood at ₹5,454.54 crore, compared with ₹4,083.32 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 33.58% YoY increase. Compared with ₹4,667.57 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT attributable to owners increased 16.86% QoQ.

The Automotive segment remained the largest revenue contributor, while the Industrial Businesses and Consumer Services segment posted the strongest year-on-year growth.
