IndiGo Q4 2026: On 29 May 2026, after market hours, IndiGo reported its Q4 FY26 results. The airline posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹22,438.40 crore for March quarter, marking a 1.3% year-on-year increase from ₹22,151.90 crore reported in the same period last year.
Despite higher revenue, IndiGo slipped into the red and reported a consolidated net loss of ₹2,536.90 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a net profit of ₹3,067.50 crore in the year-ago quarter, largely due to high foreign exchange losses and exceptional charges during the quarter.
InterGlobe Aviation reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹22,438.40 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, up 1.30% from ₹22,151.90 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue declined 4.40% from Q3 FY26.
Total income stood at ₹23,830.70 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹23,097.50 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a growth of 3.17%. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income fell 2.89%
EBITDA margin came in at 3.71% in Q4 FY26, compared with 27.49% in Q4 FY25 and 22.77% in Q3 FY26. Margin contraction reflected pressure from maintenance costs, airport charges and a sharp increase in foreign exchange losses during the quarter.
The airline reported a consolidated net loss of ₹2,536.90 crore in Q4 FY26 against a profit of ₹3,067.50 crore in year-ago quarter. In last quarter, the company had posted a profit of ₹549.10 crore.
Diluted loss per share was ₹65.62 compared with earnings per share of ₹79.27 in Q4 FY25 and ₹14.20 in Q3 FY26.
Management approved a plan to partially prepay finance lease obligations of up to USD 450 million, with the funds intended to support the acquisition of aircraft, aircraft engines and aircraft parts through its wholly owned subsidiary.
