Asian Paints Q4 Results 2026: On 29 May 2026, Asian Paints reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹9,246.70 crore in Q4 FY26, up 10.6% year-on-year, with net profit to owners surging 69.4% to ₹1,172.12 crore, driven by strong volume growth in decorative paints and a significant margin recovery.
Asian Paints reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹9,246.70 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, compared with ₹8,358.91 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering growth of 10.62%. Revenue also increased 4.28% from in Q3 FY26.
Total income stood at ₹9,418.07 crore in Q4 FY26, up 11.34% from ₹8,458.76 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income rose 4.32% from ₹9,028.02 crore in the December quarter.
EBITDA for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,787.62 crore compared with ₹1,436.20 crore a year ago and ₹1,780.97 crore in Q3 FY26. EBITDA increased 24.47% year-on-year and 0.37% quarter-on-quarter.
EBITDA margin improved to 19.33% in Q4 FY26 from 17.18% in year-ago. However, it moderated from 20.09% reported in the preceding quarter. The margin expansion on a yearly basis was supported by better operating leverage and cost management.
Consolidated net profit stood at ₹1,185.49 crore, rising 69.15% from ₹700.83 crore reported a year earlier. Net profit increased 10.39% from ₹1,073.92 crore in Q3 FY26.
The company reported diluted earnings per share of ₹12.22 for the quarter, compared with ₹7.22 in Q4 FY25 and ₹11.05 in the previous quarter.

Asian Paints' international business delivered double-digit growth during the quarter, with revenue rising 11.0% year-on-year to ₹888.1 crore. The industrial coatings business also recorded strong growth, supported by automotive, general industrial and protective coatings segments.

For the full year FY26, Asian Paints delivered consolidated revenue from operations of ₹35,583.54 crore, up 5.0% from ₹33,905.62 crore in FY25. Net profit grew 18% to ₹4,394.69 crore from ₹3,709.71 crore. Operating cash flow saw a sharp improvement to ₹7,088.18 crore from ₹4,423.96 crore in FY25

Asian Paints' board has recommended a final dividend of ₹23 per share for FY26. Earlier in the year, the company had already paid an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share, taking the total FY26 dividend payout to ₹27.50 per share on a face value of ₹1 each.
Shareholders who hold the stock as of 23 June 2026, the record date, will be eligible to receive the final dividend. Subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after 13 July 2026.
