The board meeting outcome also highlighted the expansion of two material subsidiaries. CMR Nikkei India Private Limited is developing a new plant at Bawal, Haryana, while CMR-Toyotsu Aluminium India Private Limited is setting up a facility at Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu.
