The stock has formed a bullish candle, suggesting buyers are regaining momentum. Rising volumes further support the breakout. 

Its Relative Strength (RS) against the BSE 500 has also turned positive, indicating improving momentum and the possibility of continued outperformance if the trend sustains.

Business Overview

Hindustan Aeronautics is a leading aerospace and defence company engaged in manufacturing, repair, overhaul and maintenance of aircraft, helicopters, engines and related accessories. 

Its order book stood at around ₹1,89,300 crore as of March 2025. The company secured a ₹62,370 crore contract for 97 LCA Mk-1A aircraft in September 2025. HAL plans ₹14,000–15,000 crore of investment over five years to expand manufacturing and ROH facilities.

Financial Performance

HAL has delivered steady financial growth, with sales and profit compounding at 7% and 16%, respectively, over the last 10 years. Over five years, sales and profit grew at 8% and 23% CAGR. The company maintains a strong 5-year average ROE of 27%. The stock has generated a 55% CAGR over five years and an 11% return over the past year. DIIs held 11.90% as of June 2026.

2. One 97 Communications (CMP: ₹1,442) 

Technical View

One 97 Communications has given a strong breakout on the weekly timeframe by crossing the ₹1,350 resistance zone, which had remained intact since December 2021. The stock revisited this level between November 2025 and January 2026 but failed to break above it. 

This week, the stock has crossed the resistance with a long bullish candle supported by rising volumes, indicating strong buying interest. Its Relative Strength (RS) against the BSE 500 has also turned positive, suggesting improving momentum.

Business Overview

One 97 Communications operates Paytm, a major digital ecosystem serving consumers and merchants through payment, financial and marketing services. Payment Services contributed 59% of H1 FY25 revenue, while Financial Services and Marketing Services contributed 21% and 20%, respectively. The company had 7.1 crore monthly transacting users and 112 lakh merchant subscriptions in Q2 FY25.

Financial Performance

One 97 Communications has delivered strong long-term revenue growth, with sales compounding at 26% over 10 years and 25% over five years. Profit growth has improved sharply, with a 34% three-year CAGR and 263% TTM growth. 

However, return ratios remain weak, with 5-year average ROE of -9%. The stock has generated a 20% three-year CAGR and a 36% return over the past year. DIIs held 24.87% in June 2026.

3. Vardhman Textiles (CMP: ₹607) 

Technical View

Vardhman Textiles has shown a strong revisit setup on the weekly timeframe after crossing the ₹580 resistance zone, which had remained intact since January 2022. The stock broke above this level in April 2026 and revisited the same zone this week, forming a bullish candle accompanied by rising volumes. 

The price action suggests renewed buying interest around the previous resistance-turned-support zone. Its Relative Strength (RS) against the BSE 500 remains positive, indicating improving momentum and potential continued outperformance.

Business Overview

Vardhman Textiles manufactures yarn, fabric, acrylic fibre and garments, with a presence across 75 countries. It is among India's top three woven fabric manufacturers, with grey and processed fabric capacities of 220 million and 180 million metres annually. 

The company operates 15 manufacturing facilities and has more than 1.25 million spindles. It has announced ₹3,660 crore of capex, including expansion in processed fabric, synthetic woven fabric, yarn and garments, with projects targeted for completion by FY27.

Financial Performance

Vardhman Textiles has delivered moderate long-term growth, with sales and profit compounding at 5% and 2% over 10 years. Over five years, sales and profit grew at 10% and 12% CAGR, respectively. The company has a 5-year average ROE of 10%. The stock has generated a 54% return over the past year and a 21% CAGR over three years. FII holding stood at 6.07% as of June 2026.
