Voltas reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,887.83 crore for the March quarter of FY26, compared to ₹4,767.56 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased 2.52% year-on-year and 59.17% quartely.
Total income for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹4,930.46 crore against ₹4,847.25 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹3,119.61 crore in Q3 FY26. Total income grew 1.72% YoY and 58.05% QoQ.
EBITDA came at ₹220.67 crore for Q4 FY26, declined 34.28% from Q4 FY25 but increased 24.47% from Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin stood at 4.51% in Q4 FY26 compared to 7.04% in Q4 FY25 and 5.77% in Q3 FY26.
Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter came at ₹113.43 crore, down 51.87% from ₹235.69 crore reported in Q4 FY25. PAT increased 34.30% from Q3 FY26.
During the quarter, Unitary Cooling Products segment remained the largest contributor with revenue of ₹3,493.44 crore, while Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services contributed ₹1,190.34 crore. Engineering Products and Services revenue stood at ₹168.36 crore.

The board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for FY26, compared to ₹5.50 per share declared for FY25. The dividend will be paid after shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
