Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹26,920 crore in Q4 FY26, rising 80.48% from Q4 FY25. Quarterly, revenue increased 5.92% from Q3 FY26.
Total income came in at ₹27,104 crore during the quarter, up 80.31% year-on-year from ₹15,032.00 crore. Compared to the previous quarter, total income increased 6.01%.
Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹1,179 crore, compared to ₹871 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹1,684 crore in Q3 FY26. Net profit increased 35.36% year-on-year, while it declined 29.99% quarter-on-quarter.
Jewellery remained the key growth driver as segment revenue rising 85.49% YoY to ₹22,437 crore from ₹12,096 crore.

Watches segment reported revenue of ₹1,214 crore in Q4 FY26, up 7.82% from ₹1,126 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Jewellery business remained the growth driver, with segment revenue rising to ₹22,437 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹12,096 crore a year ago, registering 85.49% growth YoY.
During the quarter, Titan completed the acquisition of a 67% stake in Damas Jewellery, strengthening its international jewellery business footprint in the GCC region.
Eyecare segment reported revenue of ₹224 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹192 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting 16.67% YoY growth.
Titan delivered a strong full-year performance with consolidated revenue and profit registering healthy double-digit growth. Higher jewellery sales and expansion in international operations supported annual earnings growth.

The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹15 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for FY26. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. Last year, the company also declared a dividend of ₹11 per share.
Titan stock jumped 4.30% immediately after the Q4 FY26 results announcement. Over the past one year, from May 2025 to May 2026, the stock has gained nearly 33%, while on a year-to-date basis, Titan shares are up around 11%.
