About Tempsens Instruments (India) 

Founded in 1990, Tempsens Instruments (India) makes temperature sensors, industrial heating products and specialised cables for different industries. The company is India's largest manufacturer of contact and non-contact temperature sensors by revenue, with a 10.5% market share in FY2026. It is also the only company in India making non-contact temperature sensors.

Its product range includes fibre optic temperature sensors, pyrometers, thermal imaging systems, thermal profiling equipment, specialised conductors and electrical heaters. 

The business operates across three segments: temperature sensing, electrical heating and specialised cables. It serves both large project and OEM customers as well as the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) market, giving it a mix of project-based and recurring demand.
