  • Total income came in at ₹63,518.60 crore during the quarter, up 12.07% from same quarter last year. Compared with Q3 FY26, total income rose 10.46%.

  • EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹9,828 crore, increased 49.84% year-on-year from Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, EBITDA rose 19.89% from Q3 FY26.

  • EBITDA margin improved to 15.53% in Q4 FY26 compared with 11.67% in Q4 FY25 and 14.38% in Q3 FY26.

  • Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹2,965.00 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a rise of 146.90% from ₹1,200.88 crore in Q4 FY25. Profit increased 8.59% from Q3 FY26.

  • Tata Steel also announced the acquisition of an additional 23% stake in TM International Logistics for ₹335 crore. Upon completion of the transaction, Tata Steel’s holding in the joint venture will increase to 74%.

During the quarter, Tata Steel Netherlands operations reported segment revenue of ₹17,016.00 crore, while Tata Steel India revenue stood at ₹38,447.96 crore. Tata Steel India remained the largest contributor to consolidated segment earnings.

Tata Steel Dividend 2026 and Stock Performance

The board has recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 for FY26. Shareholders holding the stock as of 12 June 2026 will be eligible to receive the dividend.
