Swiggy Q4 Results: On 8 May, food delivery platform Swiggy reported a consolidated net loss of ₹800 crore for Q4 FY26, lower than ₹1,081 crore in the same quarter last year and ₹1,065 crore in the previous quarter. The improvement was supported by continued growth in its quick commerce business, Instamart.

Swiggy reported strong revenue growth in Q4 FY26, while profitability improved on both yearly and quarterly basis. EBITDA losses narrowed and net loss also reduced compared to both Q4 FY25 and Q3 FY26.

  • Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹6,383 crore in Q4 FY26, up 44.74% year-on-year from ₹4,410 crore in Q4 FY25. Quarterly, revenue increased 3.82% from Q3 FY26. 

  • Total income for the quarter came in at ₹6,649 crore, rising 46.75% from ₹4,531 crore reported in the same quarter last year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income increased 6.49%.

  • Swiggy’s EBITDA loss narrowed to ₹697 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹962 crore a year ago and ₹782 crore in the previous quarter. The company reported a 27.55% YoY and 10.87% QoQ improvement in EBITDA losses.

  • EBITDA margin improved to negative 10.92% in Q4 FY26 from negative 21.81% a year ago and negative 12.72% in the previous quarter. 

  • Consolidated net loss narrowed to ₹800 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹1,081 crore a year ago and ₹1,065 crore in the previous quarter, improving 25.99% YoY and 24.88% QoQ.

Swiggy Segment Waise Performance

Swiggy’s food delivery, quick commerce and out-of-home consumption businesses continued to report growth during the quarter. Quick commerce remained the largest growth driver for the company.

  • The company said food delivery gross order value grew 22.6% year-on-year to ₹9,005 crore during the quarter, marking the highest growth in the segment since the post-Covid demand normalization period. Average monthly transacting users in food delivery rose to 18.3 million.

  • Quick commerce gross order value increased 68.8% year-on-year to ₹7,881 crore. 

  • Swiggy’s out-of-home consumption business also reported steady growth. Gross order value in the segment rose 43% year-on-year to ₹1,245 crore.

Swiggy Full-Year Performance Remained Strong

Swiggy’s consolidated revenue increased to ₹23,053 crore in FY26 from ₹15,227 crore in the previous year, driven by growth in food delivery and quick commerce.

The company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹4,154 crore, while operating cash outflow stood at ₹2,898 crore for the year.

Swiggy Stock Performance 

Ahead of the results, Swiggy shares closed 1.81% higher at ₹282. On a one-year basis, the stock is down around 10% from 8th May 2025 to 8th May 2026, while it has declined 27% on YTD basis. However, the stock has gained nearly 2% over the last one month.
