1. Jio Platforms plans ₹27,500 crore debt repayment

Jio Platforms, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has proposed a fresh issue of 27 crore equity shares with no offer-for-sale component.

The company plans to use ₹27,500 crore of the net IPO proceeds to repay certain debt, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes.

Reliance Jio Infocomm, a subsidiary of Jio Platforms, served 52.44 crore customers through its telecom network in India as of March 2026.

2. Paras Healthcare proposes ₹1,800 crore IPO

Gurugram-based Paras Healthcare plans to raise up to ₹1,800 crore through an IPO, comprising a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an OFS of ₹1,300 crore by promoters and investors.

The company operates eight hospitals with 2,211 beds across North India, Bihar and Jharkhand. It plans to use ₹375 crore from the fresh issue to repay debt.

3. Bharat PET plans ₹760 crore IPO

Delhi-based Bharat PET plans a ₹760 crore IPO comprising a fresh issue of ₹120 crore and an OFS of ₹640 crore by promoters.

The company manufactures PET bottles and jars, preforms, multi-layer co-extruded bottles, caps and closures, and tin containers. It plans to use ₹50 crore for debt repayment and ₹35.8 crore for machinery and equipment.

4. Sadbhav Futuretech plans fresh issue and OFS

Sadbhav Futuretech, a Haryana-based provider of solar water pumping solutions, plans a fresh issue of 2.55 crore shares and an OFS of up to ₹235 crore.

The company provides EPC services for solar water pumping, rooftop solar and ground-mounted solar projects. It plans to use ₹215 crore of the fresh issue proceeds for working capital.

5. M K Sons Fine Jewels, Pushp Brands plan IPOs

M K Sons Fine Jewels plans a fresh issue of 1.36 crore shares and an OFS of 34 lakh shares by promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani. The proceeds will be used for showroom expansion, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.

Pushp Brands (India) plans an entirely OFS IPO, with promoters and investors selling 74.45 lakh shares. The company will not receive any proceeds from the issue.

6. Paramotor Digital Technology used confidential route

Paramotor Digital Technology provides consumer spend management, rewards and loyalty solutions, digital gifting and enterprise technology services.

It was the only company among the seven to file its IPO documents through the confidential route in May 2026. Details of its proposed issue are therefore not publicly available.
