ICICI Bank Q1 Results 2027: On 18 July, ICICI Bank reported a healthy performance for the first quarter of FY27. Net Interest Income (NII) increased 12.26% year-on-year to ₹29,177.13 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 13.88% YoY to ₹15,440.06 crore. ICICI Bank Q1 FY2027 Results Highlights ( CONSOLIDATED )

  • Total Income stood at ₹79,689.22 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 6.86% YoY increase from ₹74,576.03 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, total income declined 5.82% from ₹84,613.66 crore in Q4 FY26. 

  • Net Interest Income (NII) increased to ₹29,177.13 crore, up 12.26% YoY from ₹25,989.90 crore. Compared with ₹27,546.94 crore in Q4 FY26, NII grew 5.92% QoQ. 

  • Pre-Provision Operating Profit (PPOP) stood at ₹22,604.33 crore, registering 6.04% YoY growth from ₹21,316.81 crore. Sequentially, PPOP increased 7.61% from ₹21,004.88 crore. 

  • Operating Profit Margin stood at 28.37%, compared with 28.58% in Q1 FY26 and 24.82% in Q4 FY26, contracting 21 basis points YoY while expanding 354 basis points QoQ. 

  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹15,440.06 crore, rising 13.88% YoY from ₹13,557.60 crore. Compared with ₹14,755.06 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT increased 4.64% QoQ. 

  • Net Interest Margin (NIM) improved to 4.36%, compared with 4.34% in Q1 FY26 and 4.32% in Q4 FY26. 

  • Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased to ₹21.54 from ₹19.02 in Q1 FY26, registering 13.25% YoY growth. Compared with ₹20.62 in Q4 FY26, EPS increased 4.46% QoQ.

ICICI Bank Q1 FY27 Segment-wise Revenue (CONSOLIDATED)

Retail Banking remained the bank's largest operating segment during the quarter, while Treasury and Wholesale Banking also posted healthy growth. Life Insurance revenue declined sharply on a sequential basis, whereas General Insurance and Other Banking delivered steady growth.
