Hero MotoCorp Q4 Results: Posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹12,978.28 crore in Q4 FY26, up 30.18% year-on-year, while consolidated PAT jumped 26.11% to ₹1,473.92 crore. The company declared a final dividend of ₹75 per share, taking the full-year payout to ₹185 per share.
On May 5, Hero MotoCorp reported its Q4 FY26 results, delivering a strong finish to the year with broad-based growth in revenue, margins, and profit for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Revenue from operations stood at ₹12,978.28 crore in Q4 FY26, increased 30.18% compared to Q4 FY25. Quarterly, revenue increased 3.94% from Q3 FY26.
Total Income stood at ₹13,188.32 crore in Q4 FY26. This marks a year-on-year rise of 28.74%, from Q4 FY25. Total income grew 3.16% from Q3 FY26.
EBITDA for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,921.97 crore, representing a sharp year-on-year jump 33.40%, from Q4 FY25. And EBITDA improved by 4.10%, from Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin improved to 14.81% in Q4 FY26 from 14.45% a year ago, an expansion of 36 basis points. It remained flat at 14.81% compared to 14.79% in Q3 FY26.
Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,473.92 crore, up 26.11% YoY and 15.59% higher compared to the previous quarter.
The Board of Directors approved a final dividend of ₹75 per equity share (face value ₹2) on 5 May 2026. The record date for Hero Motocorp's dividend has been set as Friday, 24 July 2026. Including the interim dividend of ₹110 per share already paid during the year, the total dividend for FY2025–26 comes to ₹185 per share.
Ahead of the results, Hero MotoCorp shares closed 1.19% higher. Over the past one year (May 2024 to May 2025), the stock has delivered a return of around 36%. However, on a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock is down about 12%.
