HDFC Asset Management Company started FY27 with a steady set of numbers. Revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 stood at ₹1,099.72 crore, up 13.59% from a year earlier and 4.58% higher than reported in March quarter.

Total income, which includes other income, rose to ₹1,362.56 crore, up 13.44% year-on-year and a 28.18% over the previous quarter. The big QoQ jump was driven mainly by other income, which came in at ₹262.84 crore against just ₹11.55 crore in Q4 FY26, when the base was unusually low.

Consolidated profit after tax came in at ₹837.13 crore, up 11.98% from ₹747.55 crore in Q1 FY26. The QoQ jump was 34.45%, up from Q4 FY26, largely on the back of the other income boost mentioned earlier. Diluted earnings per share stood at ₹19.46, compared with ₹17.41 a year ago and ₹14.48 in the previous quarter.

The filing also flagged the cybersecurity incident from May 16, 2026. The company said the matter has been reported to authorities, an assessment is underway, and it has not had any material impact on the Group's financial results for the quarter.
