As per company filling, revenue from operations came in at ₹262.85 crore for Q4 FY26, up ₹38.36 crore or 17.09% from ₹224.49 crore in Q4 FY25. However on a sequential basis, operating revenue slipped ₹41.51 crore or 13.64% from ₹304.36 crore in Q3 FY26.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹268.38 crore, a rise of ₹12.61 crore or 4.93% over ₹255.77 crore in Q4 FY25. Against Q3 FY26, it fell ₹65.22 crore or 19.55% from ₹333.60 crore. The drag came from other income, which shrank to ₹5.53 crore from ₹29.25 crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹31.28 crore in Q4 FY25.
EBITDA stood at ₹116.75 crore in Q4 FY26, up ₹7.32 crore or 6.69% from ₹109.43 crore in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, EBITDA fell ₹44.27 crore or 27.45% from ₹161.02 crore in Q3 FY26. EBITDA margin for Q4 FY26 came in at 44.41%, compared to 52.90% in Q3 FY26 and 48.75% in Q4 FY25
Consolidated net profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹79.79 crore in Q4 FY26, down by ₹20.60 crore or 20.52% from ₹100.39 crore in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, PAT declined by ₹53.16 crore or 40.00% from ₹132.95 crore in Q3 FY26.

On the dividend front, the board has recommended a final dividend of ₹12.75 per equity share for FY2025–26. It is slightly higher than last year’s dividend of ₹12.50 per share, marking an increase of ₹0.25.
However, the market reaction was not very positive. CDSL shares dropped up to 3.36% after the results, hitting ₹1,229.30. By 11:54 AM, the stock had recovered some but was still trading 2.05% lower. In contrast, the broader market remained strong, with Nifty 50 trading 0.94% higher at the same time.
