CDSL Q1 Results FY2027: CDSL reported a steady performance for Q1 FY27, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing to ₹117.67 crore and Revenue from Operations rising to ₹292.76 crore. While the company delivered double-digit revenue growth on a year-on-year basis, profitability margins showed mixed trends across operational levels.
CDSL Q1 Results FY2027: On 1 Aug, CDSL announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from Operations increased 13.10% YoY to ₹292.76 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 14.91% YoY to ₹117.67 crore.

Revenue from Operations stood at ₹292.76 crore, up 13.10% YoY from ₹258.84 crore. Compared with ₹262.85 crore in Q4 FY26, revenue increased 11.38% QoQ.

Total Revenue stood at ₹340.50 crore, registering a 15.37% YoY increase from ₹295.14 crore in Q1 FY26. Compared with ₹268.38 crore in Q4 FY26, total revenue increased 26.87% QoQ.

EBITDA stood at ₹137.90 crore, registering a 5.67% YoY increase from ₹130.50 crore. Compared with ₹116.75 crore in Q4 FY26, PBITD increased 18.12% QoQ.

EBITDA Margin stood at 47.10%, compared with 50.42% in Q1 FY26 and 44.42% in Q4 FY26, declining by 3.31 percentage points YoY and expanding 2.69 percentage points QoQ.

Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹117.67 crore, compared with ₹102.40 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 14.91% YoY increase. Compared with ₹79.79 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT increased 47.47% QoQ.

PAT Margin stood at 40.19%, compared with 39.56% in Q1 FY26 and 30.36% in Q4 FY26, increasing by 0.63 percentage points YoY and 9.84 percentage points QoQ.

PAT (Owners) stood at ₹117.51 crore, compared with ₹102.36 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 14.80% YoY increase. Compared with ₹80.22 crore in Q4 FY26, it increased 46.48% QoQ.

EPS stood at ₹5.56, compared with ₹4.90 in Q1 FY26, increasing by ₹0.66 YoY. Compared with ₹3.84 in Q4 FY26, EPS increased by ₹1.72 QoQ.
