BSE Q4 Results: India’s oldest stock exchange reported strong growth in profitability for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with consolidated net profit rising 61% year-on-year to ₹797 crore. The company also recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share for FY26.
BSE reported strong quarterly growth driven by higher trading activity and operating leverage. Revenue growth remained strong across segments, while profitability and margins improved on both yearly and quarterly basis.

Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,563.51 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 84.67% from Q4 FY25. Also, revenue increased 25.68% from Q3 FY26.
Total consolidated income for the quarter came in at ₹1,630.17 crore, up 76.00% year-on-year compared to Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income rose 22.21% from December quarter.
Consolidated profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the holding company came in at ₹797.33 crore in Q4 FY26, up 61.26% from the same quarter last year. Also, net profit rose 32.49% from Q3 FY26.
BSE reported strong full-year growth in consolidated revenue and profit during FY26, supported by higher market activity and expansion across exchange-related businesses. Operating cash flow also improved sharply during the year.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). This marks the company’s lowest dividend payout since 2018.
The company has fixed 10 July 2026 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend. The dividend payment is scheduled to be completed on or before 17 September 2026.
Ahead of the results announcement, BSE shares closed 3.35% higher at ₹3,981. Despite the recent correction in the market, the results had no immediate impact on the stock. On a one-year basis, the stock has already gained 79% between May 2025 and May 2026, while it is up around 51% on a year-to-date basis.
