Bajaj Housing Finance Q1 FY27 Results Highlights

  • Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹1,49,624 crore, up 24% YoY from ₹1,20,420 crore. 

  • Loan Assets increased 24% YoY to ₹1,31,162 crore, compared with ₹1,05,954 crore in Q1 FY26. 

  • Interest Income rose 15% YoY to ₹2,856 crore from ₹2,493 crore. 

  • Net Interest Income (NII) stood at ₹968 crore, registering a 9% YoY increase from ₹887 crore. 

  • Net Total Income (NTI) increased 16% YoY to ₹1,175 crore from ₹1,009 crore. 

  • Pre-provisioning Operating Profit rose 19% YoY to ₹945 crore, compared with ₹795 crore. 

  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹715 crore, up 23% YoY from ₹583 crore. 

  • Annualised Return on Assets (ROA) remained stable at 2.3%. 

  • Annualised Return on Equity (ROE) improved to 12.5%, compared with 11.6% in Q1 FY26. 

  • Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) stood at 0.29%, compared with 0.30% a year earlier.
