Bajaj Holdings Q1 Results 2027: On 31 July 2026, Bajaj Holdings reported its Q1 FY27 results, with consolidated profit attributable to owners falling 22% year-on-year to ₹2,706.45 crore, while total income surged 24% YoY to ₹419.32 crore. 

Ahead of the results, Bajaj Holdings shares closed 3.33% higher. However, the stock is down 19% over the one year from 31 July 2025 to 31 July 2026.

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Q1 FY27 Results Highlights (Consolidated)

  • Revenue from operations, which includes interest income, dividend income, rental income and fair value gains, stood at ₹394 crore, up 21.5% YoY and higher than the ₹61 crore reported in Q4 FY26.

  • Bajaj Holdings & Investment's consolidated total income came in at ₹419 crore for the June quarter, up 24.2% from ₹338 crore a year earlier. Income jumped from ₹76 crore in March quarter, because BHIL received dividend income of ₹348 crore this quarter against a much smaller base in Q4 FY26.

  • Consolidated profit after tax attributable to owners came in at ₹2,706 crore, down 22.4% from ₹3,487 crore in Q1 FY26; profit came up 5.1% from ₹2,575 crore in Q4 FY26.

  • Most of BHIL's profit continues to come from its share of profits in associate companies, which rose to ₹2,359 crore this quarter from ₹1,893 crore a year earlier. 

  • On a standalone basis, BHIL's own profit after tax was ₹344 crore, down from ₹2,036 crore a year earlier, again due to the high base from the BFS stake sale. Excluding that item, standalone profit rose to ₹344 crore from ₹194 crore, nearly 78% higher YoY.
