  • Titagarh Rail Systems reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹875.43 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, compared with ₹1,005.57 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased from ₹832.06 crore reported in Q3 FY26. The company recorded a 12.95% year-on-year decline in revenue, while quarterly growth stood at 5.21%.

  • Total income came in at ₹887.00 crore during the quarter against ₹1,035.43 crore a year ago and ₹842.84 crore in the preceding quarter. This represents a decline of 14.33% YoY and an increase of 5.24% QoQ.

  • EBITDA for Q4 FY26 came at ₹97.23 crore compared to ₹101.72 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹92.04 crore in Q3 FY26. EBITDA declined 4.41% year-on-year but rose 5.64% quarter-on-quarter. 

  • EBITDA margin improved to 11.11% from 10.12% in Q4 FY25 and was stable against 11.06% in Q3 FY26.

  • Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹53.50crore, up from ₹45.28 crore in Q3 FY26

  • The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY26. The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
