Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹4,718.92 crore, compared with ₹4,432.19 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of 6.47% year-on-year. Quarterly, revenue declined 5.05% from Q3 FY26.
Total income during the quarter came in at ₹4,774.37 crore, up 6.21% from ₹4,495.21 crore in the same quarter last year. Compared with Q3 FY26, total income declined 5.07% quarter-on-quarter.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹852.87 crore. EBITDA increased 5.93% from Q4 FY25. Quarterly, EBITDA declined 12.97% from Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin for Q4 FY26 came in at 18.07%, compared with 18.16% in Q4 FY25 and 19.72% in Q3 FY26. The margin contraction on a sequential basis was largely due to higher operating costs and softer quarterly revenue.
Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹679.68 crore, compared with ₹559.13 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a rise of 21.56% year-on-year. PAT slipped marginally by 0.36% from Q3 FY26.
Britannia Industries reported steady growth in consolidated revenue and profitability during FY26. Operating cash flow also improved during the year.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹90.50 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company has fixed July 31, 2026 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend.
Britannia had announced a dividend of ₹75 per share in August 2025. The company paid ₹73.50 per share in 2024 and ₹72 per share in 2023, continuing its track record of rewarding shareholders with steady dividend payouts.
Ahead of the results announcement, Britannia shares closed 1.77% higher at ₹5,885. Despite the recent market correction, the stock has remained relatively resilient. Britannia shares have gained around 10% over the past one year between May 2025 and May 2026, while the stock is up nearly 2% on a year-to-date basis.
