While Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 103.47% YoY to ₹413 crore compared with ₹203 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA Margin stood at 70.37% during the quarter.

MCX share price closed at 1.43% higher on 4 August 2026. The stock has delivered 22% returns year-to-date and 68% returns over the one-year period from 4 August 2025 to 4 August 2026.

MCX Q1 FY27 Results Highlights

  • Revenue from Operations stood at ₹702 crore, registering an 88.10% YoY increase from ₹373 crore in Q1 FY26. Compared with ₹889 crore in Q4 FY26, revenue declined 21.03% QoQ. 

  • Total Revenue stood at ₹752 crore, registering an 85.25% YoY increase from ₹406 crore in Q1 FY26. Compared with ₹925 crore in Q4 FY26, total revenue declined 18.75% QoQ. 

  • EBITDA (Excluding Other Income) stood at ₹494 crore, compared with ₹242 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 104.41% YoY increase. Compared with ₹666 crore in Q4 FY26, EBITDA declined 25.84% QoQ. 

  • EBITDA Margin stood at 70.37%, compared with 64.75% in Q1 FY26 and 74.94% in Q4 FY26, improving by 5.62 percentage points YoY but declining by 4.57 percentage points QoQ. 

  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹413 crore, compared with ₹203 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 103.47% YoY increase. Compared with ₹530 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT declined 21.96% QoQ. 

  • PAT Margin stood at 58.89%, compared with 54.44% in Q1 FY26 and 59.60% in Q4 FY26, improving by 4.45 percentage points YoY but declining by 0.70 percentage points QoQ. 

  • EPS stood at ₹16.21, compared with ₹7.97 in Q1 FY26 and ₹20.78 in Q4 FY26, increasing 103.39% YoY and declining 21.99% QoQ.
